I would like to say thanks to Josh who had all the necessary samples and answers when he was here for a totally separate issue, and we needed to order a new garage door to meet the wind mitigation requirements in Santa Rosa County. Next, I would like to thank Sarah for her knowledge in helping us choose the right one for our home and getting it ordered. Thirdly, I would like to give a big thanks to Shannon who was so kind to keep me abreast on what was happening with our order, then re-order, and the next two re-orders as well. What can I say? Things happen (some panels were dented, then wrong ones arrived, then another dented one, and finally they were all good). I share the debacle events only to show that Overhead Door of NW FL stood by their product until the end. That's integrity. And lastly, I would like to thank the first two crews that came out for the first two installs, and realize it was not their fault that the door was incomplete when both teams left, because it was actually dented panels or incorrect panels. Jacob and Matt were the crew that finally got it done! Not on the first attempt, as there was 1 out of 2 panels that was still dented (not their fault). But today, on the fourth, and final go of it, the last panel is finally in, and we have one perfect wind rated garage door!!! These two young men are amazing at their craft!!! The Building Inspector had noticed areas of light shining thru both sides of the garage door when he came and said it would not hinder passing the inspection, but shared, "Where there is light, there is potential moisture" and he recommended having that corrected. They adjusted the door so there is no light, and it rolls up and down smoothly with little noise. One more thing about these two, they clean up behind themselves!!! Thanks to you both! Though this was a very long process, we approved the proposal in February 2023 and completed September 13, 2023, 7 months later, we are still very thankful we chose Overhead Door Company of NW FL. Thanks everyone!

We had to replace the entire garage door opener due to a lightning strike. Josh did a great job. He arrived on time after excellent communication. He was very professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the service from the Overhead Door Company of NW Florida.

Josh did a phenomenal job! He was able to diagnose the problem with a new key pad and remotes that another company had just installed. The other company came out three (3) times but nothing worked. Josh had everything working in no time. He is awesome!
